At DUBAI PERFUME SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume bottle is unopened, the cellophane wrap is intact, and the item is securely placed in its original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
